Create your text in your favourite word processor app first, then copy and paste your text into the body of the ad. Photo sizes are limited to 2 megabytes (Google how to reduce size). Images should be in JPG format, as other formats may be rejected. Be sure to leave a valid telephone number, or you may message from within the site. You may need to edit and re-copy and paste your ad into a new listing if your listing has errors. We are here to help.

- Never send or money unless you are absolutely certain you have done thorough due diligence to whom you are dealing with.
- Verify the location of the person. Ask for an image of a utility bill or some other proof of address. Get into conversation.
- Always do a call back by phone and get into discussion. Scammers will use a fake call display number.
- Get references from a shop or another person to verify the person you are dealing with, especially when selling or buying higher-priced items.
- Ask to send a photo or video with a specific angle, and with something in the picture such as three fingers on the items.
- Always go with your gut feeling.
- Never click on links or open attachments in emails, unless you are sure you know what they are and are expected.
